Customers do not need to pay extra postage fees when purchasing Genmy products and are available to enjoy convenient and speedy local shipping within Hong Kong.

If your order needs to be delivered to a location outside the Hong Kong, please contact our customer service in advance to confirm the additional shipping fee that you are required to pay.

Genmy ensures that products are sent in complete packaging and in good condition, but individual incidents may occur during transportation. For non-human-induced damaged products, Genmy offers a seven-day replacement service, which means customers can contact Genmy for replacement if any issues are found within seven days of receiving the product.

Before purchasing products, it is recommended to carefully read the relevant services and terms provided by Genmy to ensure understanding and compliance with the regulations. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please contact Genmy directly.

Replacement Notice:


1. Replacement Timeframe: 

You must make a replacement request within 7 days of receiving the goods. Replacement requests made after this period may not be processed.

2. Replacement Conditions: 

The product should be in unused, undamaged, and original packaging condition to meet the replacement requirements.

3. Replacement Procedure: 

Please apply for a replacement via email or WhatsApp, and you may need to provide relevant supporting documents.

4. Damages and Mishandling due to personal reasons: 

Damages or mishandling of the product caused by personal reasons will not be eligible for replacement.

5. Labels and Anti-counterfeiting Marks: 

If labels or anti-counterfeiting marks on the product are torn or altered, the product will not be eligible for replacement.

6. Free Gifts, bundled items, and gift sets: 

Partial returns are generally not allowed for these items, and the entire set may need to be returned.

7. Damages and Loss during return shipping: 

The buyer assumes the risk of damages and loss caused by improper handling or during return shipping, and the company will not compensate or refund.

8. Shipping Cost Responsibility: 

The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost during the replacement.

9. Packaging and Documents for Returns: 

When returning the product, it is required to keep the original packaging in good condition and include attachments, labels, instruction manuals, and shipping invoices. If any relevant documents are missing or if the packaging is damaged or lost, Genmy may not be able to process the return or exchange, even within the return period.
